Stale bread savory pie: a delicious way to recycle it

Milk, eggs, tomatoes and cheese! Here's how to reuse stale bread! Save the recipe:
INGREDIENTS
Stale bread
Tomatoes to taste
Parsley
Chives
Scamorza to taste
3 eggs
salt
1 glass of milk

1 glass of milk
METHOD
- Slice bread, tomatoes, parsley and spring onions. Whisk eggs and add young onions, salt, milk and parsley. Sort the sliced bread into a mold, then pour over the prepared mix, arrange the sliced tomatoes, then sprinkle with cheese and repeat the same process again.
- Finally bake at 200 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
