Make a delicious cake using stale bread: the perfect way to recycle it!

INGREDIENTS
3 bread rolls
3 tbs of brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
1 cup of milk
chopped almonds
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs potato flour
3 apples

DIRECTIONS
Cut the bread into small pieces, combine with the cinnamon and brown sugar. Beat the milk, eggs, and vanilla essence together and pour the mixture over the bread. Pour everything into a baking dish, sprinkle with some brown sugar and chopped almonds and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Dust with some powdered sugar and serve hot with some vanilla ice cream!
