Sweet bread cake: how to reuse stale bread for a special dessert!

Don't throw away your stale bread! Here's how to male a delicious cake in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
3 Day old bread
4 cups (1l) Milk
5 Eggs
1/2 cup (100g) Sugar
1/2 cup (110g) melted butter
1/2 cup Raisins
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Cut the bread into little pieces.
- Pour milk to the bread pieces and let it soak for 10 minutes. Add in eggs, sugar, melted butter, raisins and vanilla extract, mix it well and transfer to a baking pan.
- Bake at 190’C ( 375’F ) for 45 minutes.
- When cool enough sprinkle with powdered sugar.
