Sweet egg bread: the best way to reuse stale bread!

You only need some bread! So quick and delicious, you won't regret it. The recipe to try!

INGREDIENTS
• stale bread
• 4 tbsp yogurt
• 20g sugar
•3 eggs
• 3 tbsp flour
•butter
 
• sugar
• cinnamon
 
METHOD
  1. Slice the bread and set aside. Combine eggs, flour, yogurt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Dip the slices of bread in this mixture and fry in a frying pan on both sides with butter.
  3. Mix sugar with cinnamon and cover the cooked bread.
