Savory bread cake: a genius way to reuse stale bread!

Cut the bread and mix with a few ingredients, the result is just amazing!

INGREDIENTS
300g (5 cups) Bread
600ml (2 1/2 cups) Milk
3 eggs
100g (1 cup) Mozzarella
100g (1 cup) Zucchini
100g (1 cup) Baked ham
1 tsp Salt
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together bread pieces with milk. Add in mozzarella, baked ham, zucchini, eggs and salt.
  2. Transfer to the prepared baking pan and bake for 60 minutes at 180’C ( 356’ F)
