Stale bread cake: a great idea to reuse the bread you have at home!

Here's a great way to reuse stale bread!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) milk
300g bread
250g (1 1/5 cup) sour cream
2 eggs
40g (3 tbsp) parmesan
4g (1 tsp) salt
100g (2/3 cup) breadcrumbs
50g (1.8 oz) ham
100g (2/3 cup) cheese
Butter
Cherry tomatoes
METHOD
- Soak the bread in milk and mash. Put the bread in a mixing bowl and add the eggs, sour cream, parmesan and salt. Mix well.
- Sprinkle the crumbs into the baking tin and pour half of the mixture over them. Arrange the ham and cheese, then pour over the rest of the mixture. Put pieces of butter and cherry tomatoes on top, and then sprinkle crumbs over.
- Bake at 180C for 30 min. Serve.
