Stale bread is surprisingly a super ingredient for fancier dishes!
INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
greek yogurt
salt
pepper
basil
vegetable oil
METHOD
1. Slice the bread and soak it in water and milk.
2. Squeeze it out well and place in a bowl. Add all of the ingredients together and adjust the consistency using breadcrumbs.
3. Make your meatballs and brown them in oil.
4. Serve hot!
