How to make juicy meatballs with a special spoon!

This recipe guarantees juicy, tender and flavorful meatballs. 

INGREDIENTS
500g ground meat 
50g parmesan cheese
2 eggs
garlic
salt
pepper
parsley
2 slices of sandwich bread
30ml milk
 
METHOD
1. Mix the ground meat with parmesan, eggs, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Add some parsley and the bread soaked into the milk.
3. Make your meatballs with the meatball spoon.
4. Cook in a large pan with olive oil for about 8 minutes.
