Easy garlic bread: the best way to recycle stale bread and buns!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 8 stale buns
• bacon
• cheese
• 6 eggs
• parsley
• garlic
•200ml/7oz cream
• parmesan
METHOD
- In the buns make cuts. Put cheese and bacon inside.
- Beat eggs with cream. Add chopped parsley and garlic. Mix.
- Dip each bun in a garlic mix. Put on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
