Stuffed Bread: how to make them in few and easy steps!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
200g (1 1/2 cup) flour
10g (1.5 tbsp) sugar
½ tsp salt
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
2 tsp vegetal oil
3g (1 tsp) dried yeast
1 egg
 
For breading:
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
 
For the filling:
100g ham
100g gouda cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk, oil, yeast and egg. Make a dough.
  2. Make empanada shaped stuffed with chopped ham and cheese.
  3. Fry in hot oil.
