Fluffy bread: how to prepare in a few and simple steps!

The perfect alternative to the usual bread!
INGREDIENTS
150ml (1/2 cup) milk
150ml (1/2 cup) water
7g dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
600g (5 cups) flour
1 tsp salt
2 egg yolk
Black and white sesame seeds
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm milk, water, sugar and yeast. Add in flour and salt. Let the dough rest for about 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll them out.
- Transfer to the baking pan, cover it and let it rest for another 15 minutes. Smear with egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180 ‘ C( 350’F) for 35 minutes.
