Quick fritters with potatoes: how to prepare them in a few simple steps!

They are the perfect alternative to bread!
INGREDIENTS
3 medium potatoes (300g)
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup potato broth (240ml)
7g dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
450g (3 1/2 cups) of flour
1 tbsp olive oil

METHOD
- In a saucepan boil potatoes.
- Transfer to the bowl and mash it with salt and egg. Add in 1 cup of potato broth and yeast mix it well and sift in the flour. Add in olive oil and leave for 2 hours.
- Make balls from the dough and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
