Baked sea bream with potatoes: how to make it even tastier in a few simple steps!

INGREDIENTS
Sea bream fish
Rosemary
Thyme
Salt
Lemon slices
3 cloves of garlic
450g of potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil

METHOD
1. Clean and fill the fish with rosemary, thyme, salt, lemon slices, and garlic slices.
2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and transfer them to the bowl. Add the rosemary, salt, and extra virgin olive oil and combine.
3. Place the fish on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and add the prepared potatoes on the sides. Add the lemon slices and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
4. Fillet the fish and serve with potatoes. Season with salt and add a drizzle of olive oil.
