Baked sea bream fillets with potatoes: the quick and light dish!

INGREDIENTS
4 sea bream fillets
1 lemon (juice)
Salt
Thyme
White wine
3 Potatoes
Olive oil
Parsley

METHOD
1. Add lemon (juice), salt, thyme, and white wine in a dish with sea bream fillets. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Peel and cut the potatoes to prepare them.
3. add olive oil and arrange the sea bream fillets on the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
4. Cover orata fillets with the potato slices and sprinkle with the parsley. Season with salt and add a drizzle of olive oil.
5. Transfer them to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes.
6. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
