Potato and tuna salad: the light and creamy dish!

INGREDIENTS
700g of potatoes
Salt
Pepper
120g (1/2 cup) of yogurt
15g (1 tbsp) of Dijon mustard
1 lemon (zest)
1 lemon (juice)
Parsley
Chives
150g of tuna in oil

METHOD
1. Wash potatoes and transfer them to a pot full of water. Let them boil for 25 minutes and then remove from the heat.
2. Cut the potatoes into slices and transfer them to the big bowl.
3. In a bowl with the potatoes add the salt, pepper, yogurt, dijon mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, chives, and tuna in oil and mix all together well to obtain a creamy salad.
4. Serve the salad on a serving dish and enjoy.
