Milk potatoes: a creamy side dish to try!

Here's the secret to make a creamy potato side dish!

INGREDIENTS
4 Potatoes
1 Egg yolk
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Oregano
200ml (3/4 cup) Milk
200g (1 cup) Cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the potatoes and place them in a bowl. Add egg and pour the milk. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Mix it well. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
  2. Take it out of the oven and add grated cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
