Here's the secret to make a creamy potato side dish!
INGREDIENTS

4 Potatoes
1 Egg yolk
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Oregano
200ml (3/4 cup) Milk
200g (1 cup) Cheese
METHOD
- Cut the potatoes and place them in a bowl. Add egg and pour the milk. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Mix it well. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven and add grated cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
