Potato spirals: the crunchy side dish to enrich your dishes with taste!

Here's a unique way to use potatoes!

INGREDIENTS

4 medium potatoes, boiled

100 g (1/2 cup) feta

1 red onion, grated

Garlic, minced

1 egg

45 ml (3 tbsp) milk

5 g (1 tsp) salt

2 g (1 tsp) black pepper

30 g (4 tbsp) cornstarch

2 sprigs parsley, chopped

4 green onions, chopped

60 ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil (for frying)

METHOD

Place boiled potatoes into a bowl, add feta and mash everything with a potato masher.
To the bowl with mashed potatoes, add red onion, garlic, egg, milk, cornstarch, chopped parsley, and green onion, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the obtained mixture to a piping bag.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pipe the potato mixture in the form of a spiral onto the pan.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
