Potato spirals: the crunchy side dish to enrich your dishes with taste!

Here's a unique way to use potatoes!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
4 medium potatoes, boiled
100 g (1/2 cup) feta
1 red onion, grated
Garlic, minced
1 egg
45 ml (3 tbsp) milk
5 g (1 tsp) salt
2 g (1 tsp) black pepper
30 g (4 tbsp) cornstarch
2 sprigs parsley, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
60 ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil (for frying)
METHOD
- Place boiled potatoes into a bowl, add feta and mash everything with a potato masher.
- To the bowl with mashed potatoes, add red onion, garlic, egg, milk, cornstarch, chopped parsley, and green onion, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the obtained mixture to a piping bag.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pipe the potato mixture in the form of a spiral onto the pan.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
