Crunchy potatoes: how to make a great dish in no-time!

Perfect like side-dish, here's the best way to cook potatoes!
 
INGREDIENTS
 • 1kg potato
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200ml / 7oz cream (30%)
  • 200ml / 7oz water
  • 100g / 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • bay leaf
  • nutmeg
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the potatoes and onions into thin slices and put on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with spices. Pour in water and cream, mix. Sprinkle 50g parmesan on top. Cover with foil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove foil, sprinkle with 50g parmesan and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
