Crunchy potatoes: how to make a great dish in no-time!

Perfect like side-dish, here's the best way to cook potatoes!
INGREDIENTS
• 1kg potato
• 1 red onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 200ml / 7oz cream (30%)
• 200ml / 7oz water
• 100g / 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
• salt
• pepper
• thyme
• bay leaf
• nutmeg
METHOD
- Cut the potatoes and onions into thin slices and put on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with spices. Pour in water and cream, mix. Sprinkle 50g parmesan on top. Cover with foil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle with 50g parmesan and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
