Perfect roasted potatoes: the tips to make them soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside!

To make them super soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just add a teaspoon and let it work its magic!

INGREDIENTS
potatoes
salt
pepper
olive oil
rosemary
 
baking soda

METHOD
1. Cut the potatoes and let them soak in water and salt for 1 hour.
2. Put 1tbs of baking soda in the boiling water and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes.
3. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and rosemary and bake for 30/40 minutes at 190°C.
