To make them super soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just add a teaspoon and let it work its magic!

METHOD
1. Cut the potatoes and let them soak in water and salt for 1 hour.
2. Put 1tbs of baking soda in the boiling water and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes.
