Potato and meatballs cake: a tasty dish ready in no-time!

Everyone will love this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 kg of potatoes
80 grams of butter
1 tsp salt
400g of minced meat
1/2 chopped onion
1 garlic clove minced
1 egg
1 tbsp of potato starch
4 tbsp of oil
70g (1/3 cup) parsley
salt, pepper, ground paprika
 
1 tbsp of tomato paste
100 ml of water
salt 1/2 tsp
pepper 1/3 tsp
ground paprika 1/3 tsp
50g (1/2 cup) mozzarella cheese shredded
 
METHOD
  1. Boil potatoes, then mash it with butter and salt.
  2. In a bowl mix together meat with flour, parsley, egg, oil and spices. Make 6 balls from it.
  3. Transfer potato mixture onto the baking pan and make 6 squares onto it with the spoon, put cheese and meatballs on each.
  4. Make a sauce and pour it between each square. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
  5. Bake at 200 ‘ C (390’ F) for 50-60 minutes.
