Bechamel potatoes: a unique recipe ready in no time!

A creamy and tasty way to cook potatoes! 

INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes
Olive oil
Ground red paprika
Pepper
Salt
1 onion
Garlic
300g minced meat
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Bechamel sauce
200g of cheddar cheese
Cherry tomatoes

METHOD
  1. Cut the potatoes into slices and arrange them into the pan covered with a baking sheet. Season them with the oil, salt, pepper, ground red paprika, and bake in the oven at 392°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
  2. In a pot add the onion, garlic, meat, red and green peppers, and fry. Season the meat mixture with salt, pepper, and ground red paprika.
  3. In a pan arrange the first layer of the potatoes and add the meat on top. Add the second layer of the potatoes and cover with the bechamel sauce.
  4. Add the cheddar cheese and cherry tomatoes on top. Bake at 392°F/200°C for 30 minutes.
