Bechamel potatoes: a unique recipe ready in no time!

A creamy and tasty way to cook potatoes!
INGREDIENTS

5 potatoes
Olive oil
Ground red paprika
Pepper
Salt
1 onion
Garlic
300g minced meat
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Bechamel sauce
200g of cheddar cheese
Cherry tomatoes

METHOD
- Cut the potatoes into slices and arrange them into the pan covered with a baking sheet. Season them with the oil, salt, pepper, ground red paprika, and bake in the oven at 392°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
- In a pot add the onion, garlic, meat, red and green peppers, and fry. Season the meat mixture with salt, pepper, and ground red paprika.
- In a pan arrange the first layer of the potatoes and add the meat on top. Add the second layer of the potatoes and cover with the bechamel sauce.
- Add the cheddar cheese and cherry tomatoes on top. Bake at 392°F/200°C for 30 minutes.
