Potato Mille-Feuille: a delicious recipe ready in no-time!

Just potatoes, cheese and breadcrumbs to make an amazing dish! 
 
INGREDIENTS
800 g of raw potatoes already peeled
150 gr bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of crumbled cheese to taste
rosemary to taste
chili powder
salt and oil to taste
300 gr of cheese cut into thin circles
 
METHOD
  1. Slice the potatoes into thin leaves, then dip them in water for half an hour. Make a mix of bread crumbs, rosemary, chili and crushed cheese,
  2. Drain the potatoes. Coat the 24 cm mold with oil, sprinkle with the mixture and arrange the first layer of potatoes that you season, then season with a slightly prepared seasoning mixture, with oil, and arrange the cheese. Continue to arrange the layers in the same order, then bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
