Potato Mille-Feuille: a delicious recipe ready in no-time!

Just potatoes, cheese and breadcrumbs to make an amazing dish!
INGREDIENTS
800 g of raw potatoes already peeled
150 gr bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of crumbled cheese to taste
rosemary to taste
chili powder
salt and oil to taste
300 gr of cheese cut into thin circles
METHOD
- Slice the potatoes into thin leaves, then dip them in water for half an hour. Make a mix of bread crumbs, rosemary, chili and crushed cheese,
- Drain the potatoes. Coat the 24 cm mold with oil, sprinkle with the mixture and arrange the first layer of potatoes that you season, then season with a slightly prepared seasoning mixture, with oil, and arrange the cheese. Continue to arrange the layers in the same order, then bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
