Meatballs and potatoes in oven: delicious and ready in no-time!

The best method to make meatballs!

INGREDIENTS
4-5 potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp powdered garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Pepper
fresh rosemary to taste
500g of minced meat
50g of grated cheese
50g of breadcrumbs
1 whole egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp powdered garlic

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together meat with cheese, breadcrumbs, species and eggs. Make little balls from it.
  2. Cut the potatoes and mix them with rosemary, species and olive oil.
  3. Transfer it to a baking pan and bake at 180’C (356’F) for 15 minutes.
  4. Top it with meatballs and bake for another 35-40 minutes.
