Chicken meatballs with potato roses: the surprising recipe to make in no time!

INGREDIENTS
2 medium potatoes, peeled
500g (1 pound) ground chicken
1 onion
45ml (3 tbsp) vegetable oil
salt and pepper

METHOD
1. Cut both ends of each potato and shred finely. Add shredded potato into a bowl of ground chicken, followed by salt, pepper, and chopped onion.
2. Slice the remaining potato using a mandoline. Drizzle potato slices with oil and season with some salt.
3. Form ground chicken into6 individual meatballs. Layer 4-6 potato slices overlapping, then roll carefully, forming a rose.
4. Place each rose in the middle of each meatball. Transfer to the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
