Squid meatballs: delicious and ready in no time!

INGREDIENTS
500g of squids
1 egg
60g (3/4 cup) of parmesan
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Lemon (zest)
70g (1/2 cup) of breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Cut the squids into small pieces and transfer them to the bowl.
2. In a bowl with squid pieces add the egg, parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, lemon (zest), and breadcrumbs and mix to combine.
3. Oil hands and take the mixture to obtain the meatballs. Transfer meatballs to the pan with hot oil and fry until they are golden brown.
4. Serve squid meatballs all together on a serving plate.
