INGREDIENTS
250g ricotta
50g breadcrumbs
50g parmesan 
salt
pepper

METHOD
1. Mix the ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, parmesan and breadcrumbs.
2. Make the meatballs and put them into the breadcrumbs.
3. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
