BAKED RICOTTA with CHERRY TOMATOES, OLIVES and CAPERS: it only takes a few minutes! ❤️

INGREDIENTS
Cherry tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
250g of Ricotta
Black olives
Capers
Pepper
Salt
Dry oregano
Basil
METHOD
1. Pour olive oil into the baking dish and place the ricotta in the middle. Add the cherry tomatoes, black olives, and capers on the side.
2. Season all with pepper, salt and dry oregano. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a few leaves of basil. Bake in oven at 200°C/392°F 30 min.
3. Spread the baked ricotta on bruschetta and add a few spoons of the baked vegetables.
