Ricotta squares: easy and very quick to prepare!

A delicious treat that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
180g (1 1/4 cup) of flour
INGREDIENTS
180g (1 1/4 cup) of flour
110g (1 cup) of almond flour
5g (1 tsp) of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
200g (1 cup) of sugar
100g (1/2 cup) of butter, softened at room temperature
4 eggs
400g (1 3/4 cups) of ricotta
Zest and juice of 3 lemons
10ml (2 tsp) of vanilla extract
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a large bowl, using a handheld electric whisk, whisk together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy, add the eggs and continue to whisk until frothy and smooth.
- Mix the lemon zest, juice, vanilla, and ricotta together, add that in along with all the dry ingredients, and whisk long enough just to incorporate everything together.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 45 minutes.
- Cut on squares and decorate with powdered sugar.
