Piadina cones: quick and very easy to prepare!

Quick and easy to make, a special treat to try now!
INGREDIENTS

For the cones:
4 piadinas
Iceberg
Edam cheese
For chicken the preparation:
2 pieces of chicken breast
500ml (2 cups) milk
100g (1 cup) bread crumbs
50g (0.5 cup) parmesan
2g (1 tsp) black pepper
6g (1 tsp) salt
Olive oil
Topping:
Mustard
Thick yogurt
Cream cheese
METHOD
- Cut the chicken into thin layers and dip in milk. Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper, and then roll each layer of chicken in the mixture. Arrange the chicken fillets on baking paper, sprinkle with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Cut the chicken into cubes.
- Cut the piadinas in half. Prepare a topping of cress cheese, thick yogurt and mustard. Roll the piadina into cones, coat the outside to stand firmly, and then coat the inside of the piadina with the dressing. Arrange the grated cheese, then the chicken cubes, iceberg lettuce, then add more cheese.
- Heat the oil and arrange 8 full cones. When one side of the cones turns golden, turn the other side as well.
- Serve piadina cones and enjoy.
