Cinnamon roll ice cream cone: this dessert is crazy!

Forget the traditional waffle cone! Impress your friends and family by scoop their favorite ice cream into a warm glazed cinnamon roll!
INGREDIENTS

For the dough
• ½ cup warm water (120 ml)
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
• 3 cups flour
• 1 pinch of salt
• ½ cup warm milk (120 ml)
• 5 tbsp butter, melted,
• 2 large egg yolks, room temperature
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup melted chocolate (225 g)
ice cream
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, mix water and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Sprinkle the yeast on top and leave it for 5 minutes.

2. Sift the flour, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and salt to the yeast mixture.
3. Add milk, 3 tablespoons melted butter and egg yolks. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
4. Knead the dough for five minutes and cover with plastic wrap.
6. Let rise for one hour.
8. Cut the dough into 8 equal parts.
9. Roll each piece of dough into a long, thick strip.
10. Fold the aluminum foil sheet in half and, starting from the bottom right corner, roll into a cone shape. Repeat to make 7 more cones.
11. Wrap dough strips around each aluminum cone.
12. Put the cones in the muffin tin. Brush with beaten egg.
13. Bake at 375°F/190°C for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
14. In a large plate, mix cinnamon with sugar.
15. Lubricate the cones with the remaining melted butter.
16. Carefully remove the aluminum foil.
17. Roll the cone in cinnamon sugar.
18. Fill the cone with melted chocolate, allowing excess to flow out. Put ice cream on top.
