Cinnamon roll

Ingredients:
16 slices brioche;
½ cup butter, softened;
¾ cup brown sugar;
1 tsp ground cinnamon;
3 eggs;
1 cup milk;
2 tbsp sugar;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
melted white chocolate for serving.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Line a round baking pan with parchment.
Cut off crust from brioche. Layer pieces of bread in 3 lines and pinch each slice together.
Smear softened butter all over the bread ribbons, sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture on top.
Cut each bread ribbon in half lengthwise. Roll them together to make giant cinnamon roll. Carefully transfer it into the prepared baking pan.
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together. Pour over the cinnamon roll and put it into the oven for 40 minutes.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top of the cinnamon roll before serving.
