Cinnamon muffin

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup butter
¼ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
11 oz refrigerated french bread dough
⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
¼ cup cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
⅛ tsp salt
METHOD
Brown the butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden.

Combine the sugar and cinnamon.
Cut the dough into ½ inch slices.
Form a circle, brush with the browned butter and dip buttered slices into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Sprinkling each slice with chocolate chips.
Place the stack sideways into one of the muffin cups.
Bake at 160°C/320°F for 20 min
In a medium size bowl, beat together the butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, milk and salt until smooth.
Drizzle muffins with cream cheese frosting before serving.
