PUMPKIN MUFFINS with chocolate chips: SOFT and TASTY! π€©

INGREDIENTS
160g (3/4 cup) of butter
110g (1/2 cup) of brown sugar
100g (1/4 cup) of honey
1 egg
230g of pumpkin puree
210g (1 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
7g of baking soda
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
100g (3/4 cup) of chocolate chips
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the butter and mix with the electric mixer. Add the brown sugar, honey, egg, pumpkin puree, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix with the electric mixer to combine.
2. Pour chocolate chips into the mixture and mix well with the spatula to incorporate.
3. Place the paper cups into the muffin mold and pour the mixture to fill each paper cup.
4. Transfer the muffin mold to the oven and bake the muffins at 190Β°C/374Β°F for 20 minutes.
5. Serve pumpkin muffins all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
