Giant cinnamon roll: really easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
Caramelized apples:
100g sugar
6oz cold unsalted butter
5 apples, peeled, cored and quartered

Dough:
240ml warm milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
2 eggs
500g flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
84g butter
Filling:
3/4 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
METHOD
In a pan, over medium heat, add sugar until it starts to caramelize.
Cook until golden brown, add the butter and stir to combine.
Add the apples and stir to coat, cook 5 minutes more.
Put apples in the spring form.
In a large bowl, mix together milk, sugar and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes and add eggs, flour and salt. Mix until form the ball, add soft butter and combine.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out each part to 1/4” thick into a large rectangle. Spread each with butter.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over butter. Cut each dough rectangle into 4 long strips.
Create a giant cinnamon roll.
Place on top of the apples, cover with kitchen towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 180ºC/350°F for 30 -40 minutes.
