Cinnamon Rolls: the recipe to make them soft and super delicious!

INGREDIENTS
400g of all-purpose flour
150g of milk
12g of fresh yeast
50g of sugar
1 egg
50g of butter at room temperature
For the filling:
80g of soft butter
40g of brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste
For the glaze:
80g of cream cheese
30g of powdered sugar
15g of milk
METHOD
1. In a container, pour the warm milk and dissolve the yeast in it, then add the sugar and mix well.
2. Pour the milk mixture over the flour in a large bowl, then add the egg and start kneading.
3. After kneading for a few minutes until you get a fairly smooth dough, add the soft butter.
4. Form a ball and let it rise until it doubles in size, covered with plastic wrap.
5. roll out the dough into a rectangular shape after the rising time.
6. Now prepare the cinnamon buttercream: mix the cinnamon with the soft butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.
7. Spread the cinnamon cream over the entire surface of the dough and then sprinkle with the brown sugar.
8. Roll up the dough and cut it into slices about three fingers wide, using kitchen string for perfect slices!
9. Place the rolls in a buttered and sugared baking pan, and let them rise for about another two hours.
10. Brush with egg and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.
11. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: mix the cream cheese with the milk in a small bowl, then add the powdered sugar and mix well.
12. After baking, wait a few minutes before serving, add the glaze on top, and enjoy them while still warm!
