INGREDIENTS
For the fennel, apple and walnut salad:
Fennel
1 apple
Walnuts
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
 
For the fennel, orange and black olives salad:
Fennel
1 orange
Black olives
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
 
For the fennel, carrot and pomegranate salad:
Fennel
1 carrot
Pomegranate
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
 
METHOD
1. For fennel, apple, and walnut salad:  Clean the fennel and cut it into slices. Cut the apple into pieces. Mix the fennel and apples in a bowl and add the chopped walnuts. Season with salt and extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
2. For the fennel, orange, and black olives salad: Clean the fennel and cut it into slices. Peel and cut the orange into pieces. Mix the fennel and oranges in a bowl and add the black olives. Season with salt and extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
3. For the fennel, carrot, and pomegranate salad: Clean the fennel and cut it into slices. Put it in a bowl and add the carrots and pomegranate seeds. Season with salt and extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
