Avocado salad

Ingredients:
Salad:
3 chicken tights:
1 tbsp jalapeno, minced;
1 garlic clove, minced;
6 tbsp olive oil;
3 tbsp lime juice;
1 tsp chili powder;
1 head lettuce, chopped;
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half;
1 avocado, sliced;
½ white onion, sliced.
Dressing:
1 tbsp jalapeno, minced;

3 tbsp lime juice;
1 tsp chili powder;
1 head lettuce, chopped;
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half;
1 avocado, sliced;

6 tbsp olive oil;
1 lime (juice);
salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
Mix marinade for chicken tights: minced jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Cover chicken with marinade and set aside for 1 hour.
Whisk ingredients for the dressing together until smooth and creamy emulsion forms.
Heat a little bit of vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry marinated chicken for about 10 minutes (5 per side) or until golden on the outside and cooked through.
Mix vegetables and chopped salad together. Add chicken, pour dressing over and mix to combine.
Cover chicken with marinade and set aside for 1 hour.
