Caprese Stuffed Avocados

INGREDIENTS
2 avocados, pitted
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 c. chopped fresh mozzarella
Italian seasoning
balsamic glaze
extra-virgin olive oil
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Basil, for garnish
 
Directions
Scoop out the middle of avocados. Chop it.
Add chopped avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill 4 avocado halves with salad and garnish with basil and balsamic glaze.
