1/3 cup mayonnaise;
2 tbsp green onion, chopped;
2 tbsp sour cream;
½ tbsp parsley, chopped;
½ tsp anchovy paste;
½ avocado;
1 tbsp water;
hot sauce to taste.
Avocado jalapeno dressing:

½ avocado;
½ cup buttermilk;
2 tbsp mayonnaise;
2 tbsp sour cream;
½ garlic clove, minced;
1 tbsp jalapeno, chopped;
1 tbsp shallot, minced;
2 tbsp lemon juice;
½ cup green onion, chopped;
1 tsp Dijon mustard.
Avocado cucumber dressing:

1 garlic clove, minced;
½ small cucumber, chopped;
½ avocado;
½ cup spinach;
2 tbsp fresh mint;
2 tbsp green onion, chopped;
3 tbsp lime juice;
3 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together until smoot. Season each sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
