Avocado grilled cheese

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh spinach, chopped;
salt and pepper to taste;
2 garlic cloves, minced;
2 tbsp olive oil;
2 avocados, chopped;
2 cups mozzarella;
cereal bread;
butter.

Instructions
Using a blender blend fresh spinach, garlic and avocados together with olive oil, salt and pepper until smooth. Add shredded cheese.
Spread butter over one side of each toast of bread. But it into a preheated pan (butter side down), let brown for a minute.
Spread avocado mixture over one toast and top with another. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side (low heat) or until brown. Cut in half before serving.
