Ingredients:
1 avocado;
2/3 cup parmesan, shredded;
1 tsp lemon juice;
½ tsp garlic powder;
½ tsp dried Italian herbs;
salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 160C/320F. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.
Puree avocado and mix with cheese and spices. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread about 1 tbsp of avocado mixture on a baking sheet forming a circle. Repeat with leftovers.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, leave to cool down and serve.
