Avocado pudding:
Ingredients:
2 avocados, peeled, seed removed;
3 tbsp cocoa powder;
90 g (3 oz) dark chocolate, melted;
¼ cup milk;
2 tbsp honey;
a pinch of salt.
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Avocado ice cream:
Ingredients:
2 avocados;
90 g (3 oz) honey;
¼ cup cream;
a pinch of salt;
½ cup dark chocolate, chopped.

Instructions
Blend everything, except for the chocolate, together until smooth. Mix in chopped dark chocolate.
Spread the mixture in a tin and freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
