Two avocado recipes that are perfect for the summer!

If you love avocado, these recipes are for you!

INGREDIENTS
for the stuffed eggs:
hardboiled eggs
1 avocado
lemon juice
black pepper
salt
olive oil

for the avocado chips:
1 avocado
olive oil
salt
black pepper
breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS
1. Hard boil the eggs and slice them in half. Remove the yolks and put them aside.
2. Blend together the avocado, egg yolks, olive oil, lemon juice and the seasoning.
3. Fill the eggs with the avocado mixture and serve with a pinch of paprika.

1. Thinly slice the avocado. Place the slices into a food bag and add oil and salt.
2. Cover the sliced avocado in breadcrumbs and spices.
3. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
