Avocado Salad: a fresh and tasty salad, perfect for a summer lunch!

This tasty, easy to make salad is perfect for the summer. If you want something delicious and filling, an avocado salad topped with tasty croutons is just what you need.INGREDIENTS
stale bread
olive oil
rosemary
1 cucumber
100g feta cheese
1 avocado
1 onion
lemon
200g tuna, drained
DIRECTIONS
Cut the stale bread into cubes, brush the pieces with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake until they become crunchy. In the meantime, dice the cucumber and the avocado, chop the onion and add the tuna. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add some cubed feta cheese and the croutons. Serve nice and cool!
