Panzanella: the famous Italian bread salad perfect for summer!

This classic Italian bread and tomato salad manages to be fresh and summery, but still hearty enough to eat as a light supper or lunch.
It's perfect for recycle stale bread!
INGREDIENTS
It's perfect for recycle stale bread!
INGREDIENTS
stale bread
tomatoes
black olives
tuna
onion
basil
salt
water
vinegar
olive oil
METHOD
1. Tear the bread into rough 3cm pieces and place on a tray. Wet it with olive oil, water and vinegar, then bake at 180° for 10 minutes
2. Place the tomatoes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add black oliver, onion and tuna.
3. Add the pieces of bread and basil leaves.
4. Serve or put in fridge.
