Bread with brie and onions: the perfect dish to face the winter!

INGREDIENTS
3 onions
Vegetable oil
Bread
1 brie
Bacon (fried)

METHOD
1. Cut the onion on the rings and transfer to the pan with oil. Fry until the onions are soft and caramelized.
2. Remove the inner part from the bread and cut the sides. Add the prepared onion and brie and fill the sides with more onion.
3. Transfer the bread to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes remove from the oven and arrange the fried bacon on top. Bake for 5 more minutes at 180°C/360°F.
5. Serve the bread after baking and dip the bread into the brie.
