Fried onion bread: a great idea for a simple dinner!

Blend onions and egg together to make an incredible flat bread in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 large white onion;
1 garlic clove;
2 eggs;
175 ml (¾ cup) water;
50 g (½ cup) sugar;
1 tsp salt;
30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil;
1 tsp dry yeast;
550 g (4 ⅜ cups) bread flour.
METHOD
- Blend garlic, onion, eggs and water until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar, salt and vegetable oil.
- Sprinkle yeast and flour, knead the dough until smooth.
- Set the dough aside for 1 hour, then cut into 9 portions and set aside again for 30 minutes.
- Roll each portion out into a flatbread, then fry for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
