Bread triangles: a great idea for a quick and tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
300ml (1.23 cup) milk
80ml (0.4 cup) olive oil
1 egg
60g (0.24 cup) yogurt
11g yeast
740g (5.9 cups) flour (all purpose)
½ tsp salt
Egg
Sesame
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Divide into 15 servings. Roll each portion into a cake. Lubricate with oil and fold the triangles. Put all the buns on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes. Brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Fill them with salad, tomato slice, ham.
