Tortilla omelettes: for a quick and tasty dinner!

So easy to make, you only need some eggs to make a great dinner in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
Salt
Rocket salad seasoned with salt and pepper

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, add eggs, season it with salt and whisk.
  2. Add the mixture to a hot pan and when the omelet is done on one side flip it to another one.
  3. Fill with prepared rocket salad.
