INGREDIENTS

Tortillas

4 eggs

50g (1/2 cup) shredded cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 tsp pepper

1/3 red bell pepper

1/3 yellow pepper

1/3 green pepper

80ml (1/3 cup) sour cream

METHOD

Make circles on tortillas by using a glass or a plate. Transfer them to a baking pan.
Mix eggs with species and shredded cheese, pour the mixture into the tortilla cups, add chopped peppers.
Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 5 minutes, sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for 4 minutes more.
Add egg mixture to a pan and cover with tortilla, fry from both sides. Wrap it in the roll.
